Commonly known as 'hybrid' homes, the following models are all built to BS : 3632 2015
residential standard so are suitable for use all year round if the park licence permits it, but can also be found on leisure parks or adapted to leisure use. It is important to remember that if you want to live in a park home, you need both the home to be built to residential standards and for the park to hold a residential licence. A 12 month leisure licence is not the same as a residential licence.
